Annual Dues

 

Wrenwood HOA Annual Dues are $200. Invoices are sent via email and reminders for HOA fees are delivered to resident mailboxes in early January.

 

All dues are to be paid by January 30th. All late payments are assessed a $10 fee starting January 31st.

 

HOA dues can be paid by logging into your account on the Wrenwood HOA site (www.wrenwood.net).
